What after-sales support do you provide for defective bulk goods?

If quality defects from our production are found within the agreed inspection period after delivery, we offer free re-production, replacement or full/partial refunds for the defective batch. Our technical team also provides professional usage guidance to help your team install and apply our battery accessories correctly.

Can you offer long-term stable pricing for recurring bulk orders?

Yes, we sign long-term cooperation frameworks for regular B2B repeat orders. We will lock in preferential unit prices based on your monthly/annual order volume, and adjust prices reasonably only when raw material costs fluctuate sharply with advance notice.

What certifications do your insulating and battery accessory products have?

Our products meet mainstream international industry standards, including UL insulation certification for insulating paper/Mylar film, RoHS environmental compliance for tapes, foam, connectors and nickel materials, as well as relevant battery accessory safety certifications to fit global B-end market requirements. We can provide full certification documents upon request.

Do you offer free product samples for B2B clients to test quality?

We provide free small-sized test samples for most product series (you only need to cover the freight cost). Customized samples for special sizes or designs will incur a small mold and production fee, which can be refunded when you place your formal bulk order later.

What is your typical lead time for bulk B 端 (business) orders?

For standard in-stock items like regular adhesive tapes, common connectors and standard insulating paper products, the lead time is 3-7 working days. For customized die-cutting, size-modified or special-plating bulk orders, the lead time is 10-20 working days based on your order quantity and customization complexity.

Can you provide customized sizes/specifications for your product series?

Yes, we support extensive customization for nearly all our product lines, including custom-sized Mylar sheets, custom EVA foam die-cutting, customized dimensions for insulating paper rolls, nickel strips/bars, and tailored connector parameters. Our engineering team can adjust specs to match your battery project’s exact requirements.
