We started by checking voltage and internal resistance on each EVE 32.4Ah cylindrical cell. All 50 units passed before being cleared for shipment to Brazil, so the customer gets consistent quality they can count on.
After the electrical tests, we moved to appearance inspection. Every cell got a close look for surface defects, dents, or scratches on the casing. Only the ones that passed this visual check made it to packaging.
The final photo shows all 50 EVE 3.7V 32.4Ah cylindrical cells packed up and ready to go. The whole order is now waiting for shipment to the Brazilian market.
